Crystal River Outfitters hunting terrain is made up of two different ranches totalling 33,000 acres.
Crystal River Ranch is 9,000 acres of private land located just east of Glenwood Springs, Colorado on a high mesa. Nearly all of the terrain is within 1,500 feet elevation (8,000-9,500 feet). We have abundant aspen tree forests, open meadows and watering holes.
Bar ZX Ranch is 24,000 acres at 8,000-10,500 ft. elevation located at the base of the Ragged Mountain Range just outside of Paonia, Colorado.
This is our archery property which also consists of abundant aspen tree forests, open meadows and small lakes.
We have a 4 bedroom lodge on each ranch, which includes satellite TV, indoor plumbing and a shower. Your meals will be prepared and served by our professional chef. Lodging, meals and beverages are included.
There are resident herds of elk and deer on each property year round which include many bulls and bucks, some in the trophy category.
